Hi I got tipped by npc name Mike and its not on my pending.

but I got some tips from NPC and activity rewards (the new thing) and I did not get anything in my pending robux. 
Maybe avoid telling people that's they can get free robux by playing if they don't get robux :/

PLEASE update the whole interview center we need auto translate because a lot of people don’t speak English and a few times I had manually google translate what they and saying and I had to respond, also it looks a lot different from the TC and they don’t seem like they should be from the same company 😭😭

Maybe bring the !modcall command back at the Hotel. It was something useful back in time but it got removed maybe trough abuse but it was something useful. Also make a command /training where people at the Hotel can just teleport to the Training center when there is a session instead of leaving and joining manually.

My rewards system skips a reward each 20 minutes as in I get a reward then it skips one but, after it I get a reward so I end up getting a reward each 20 minutes instead of 10. The NPC tips like Richard, Val and Noah just do not work for me.

Sometimes the activity from the island will not log, causing Loss of activity. I have lost about 3h to this bug. I receive the session started notification message, but I don’t receive the end message and my activity doesn’t increase.

Half of the gamepasses at all Nova experiences don't even work. I request that this is fixed as it's nearly the definition of scamming since some of them don't even offer the features even after bought.

When you click change role in the roleplay it breaks you nothing comes up you just go to the front of the hotel glitched screen

I was playing as an HG, when I touched the receptionist door for fun. It asked me if I wanted to change team. Thinking nothing would happend as I was an HG, I pressed "yes". However, the game turned me into receptionist team and reranked me as ST (Got 4.4K points, I'm a former HR), while I had the HG rank. I'm not sure HG are supposed to be able to do this...
Left and rejoined the group to go back to HG.

I think we should allow GM+ to access the kick command but only for specific reasons and only to be used for things like demotions. When GM+ demote LRs, we have no way of resetting their rank ingame. This also applies to if HRD were to demote someone who is MR+, we need a way to reset peoples rank ingame.

Now the new update have come out as we saw that the kick,ban.Are gone instead of we now got the new cmds "Jail".Seem that great right? No the jail cmds didn't do anythings help with the remove cmds.They can still spam,doing whatever they like. So we can see the problem is they when they jailed they are free ask they want didn't have any punishment for them just to say a place that all trollers are. Why don't we just make the jail can have the mute and freeze? Cause jail is for us to stopping them do things that break rules.

Please add back the cmds or remake the cmds.

Computers don't work to check out/check people in sometimes for mobile users to access it, popup doesnt come out sometimes. Players can not checkout/there is no UI that pops up when doing this..
