Adding Chat Pop-Up System
In my experience working at the hotel with the new chat implementation is great, However, there’s one problem I always run into the most (usually at the front desk), Either guests who approach try to type but can’t get their messages seen by separate age groups obviously, or they simply get confused trying to navigate the new UI, both leading to greater chances of misunderstanding each other when trying to ask for simple requests. Now IF this is a common issue for others as well, I think an easy fix would be maybe to add some sort of pop-up / tutorial for guests who join recommending them to utilize the chat icon on the left side of their screen or something. I believe this will make it easier for reminding guests to know how to communicate using the new chat system, maybe help them using it correctly and lower the chances of guests getting stuck trying to figure out how to use it.

Maybe add more chat features so people can actually talk to each other while roleplaying for example "How are you doing?" I am doing good what about you?" "I will come to help you" I will follow you" Etc...

Wrong chat
If you have the automatic chat it says if you want to apply type /apply but the real command to apply is !apply. It is a bit confusing for other guest and us as we can't really correct it.

Admin commands
Maybe bring the !modcall command back at the Hotel. It was something useful back in time but it got removed maybe trough abuse but it was something useful. Also make a command /training where people at the Hotel can just teleport to the Training center when there is a session instead of leaving and joining manually.

fix the rank to point board
fix the rank by point board in the hotel (the one that has the room availability board in front of it), bc HoS already gets commands, so STM should go where the HoS is and HoS should go above Supervision Team on admin ranks (obviously bc they both have the same level of mod, and none of them are admin ranks, so I think it makes sense to move HoS out of the ordinary ranks, even if no one cares abt it)

I reccomend ownership dose some nice PR by Finding workers groups maybe joining them and playing them for a day and/or bless them and/or Annouce there groups in like #annoucments with an new ping (OS PR Ping).

Do a roles Revamp for MR+. Remove points system for MR+ Make STM (Senior Team member) Last rank attainable by points and have HRD promote to MR+. Add STOW (staff of the week) Rank system could look like this: Staff Intern (Intern mr) Staff Assistant, Supervisor (Or hotel Supervisor) Hotel Manager. Corporate Intern (Intern HR) Junior Corporate, Corporate Officer, Senior Corporate. (SHR) Chief Staff Officer, Cheif Relations Officer,Cheif Exceutive Officer.
