Needs not filling up

Yeah, so I tried showering, the hygiene won't go up. I tried to sleep, it won't go up. Some other people tried to and it wasn't working. We don't know yet what happens when your needs go all the way low, if nothing then it doesn't really matter, but if there is consequences, please fix this as I cannot get them up.
