Nova Island restaurant kitchen bug.
When trying to enter the kitchen at the restaurant, I get teleported underneath the floor making me fall out of the map and resulting in a respawn. I've took a video to show on what happens when I go through the doors at the restaurant to enter the kitchen.
Wrong chat
If you have the automatic chat it says if you want to apply type /apply but the real command to apply is !apply. It is a bit confusing for other guest and us as we can't really correct it.
Playtime Leaderboard
Hello! The last week, I was 1st on the playtime leaderboard and that means should be received 500 Staff Points. But sadly it seems the leaderboard isn't working smoothly. If you have any questions about that issue, don't hesitate to dm me anytime. Thank you!
Some Donations STILL dont work,
The 10 minute rewards for playing, the 5 robux one and 25 robux one doesnt work, it just kinda went straight to the 10 robux ones, in the game I got the 5 robux ones (i didnt get the 25 robux ones for some reason even though I stayed for around 7 hours)
Some donations don't work.
I get donations from bots like the bonuses one and Richard but sometimes, like most of the times it says Nova_Samantha donated 5 or 10 robux but they don’t come to my account as pending robux. Like on the screenshots I got 5 times donated and none of them came. Last one came at 2 oclock.
Computer, role switcher and camera bug
LR reported that the computer stopped working after being in-game for a while. Role switcher became bugged and camera was stuck at the spawn. Rejoining fixed both problems.
Rewards system
My rewards system skips a reward each 20 minutes as in I get a reward then it skips one but, after it I get a reward so I end up getting a reward each 20 minutes instead of 10. The NPC tips like Richard, Val and Noah just do not work for me.
Not recieving any robux from tips / automated system
Contacted support about this, but I got some tips from NPC and activity rewards (the new thing) and I did not get anything in my pending robux. Maybe avoid telling people that's they can get free robux by playing if they don't get robux :/
AFK ROOM!!!
WHY EVEN CALL IT AN AFK ROOM WHEN THERE IS ERROR 267 (kicked from a game by a script or an admin command, not a Roblox system issue.).
Tips not working.
Hi, I seem to be having an issue with tipping. As it does not go straight into your pending after a NPC tips you.
Fix the 'Be a child' button please
I just went in game rn, the 'be a child button' doesn't work like before, I still remain an adult even after rejoining and resetting my avatar, please fix it, ty!!
Kitchen is Broken
When I walk through the door to enter the kitchen, it puts me outside of the kitchen's box.
Bugs to fix and things to add!
1. Fix the weekly leaderboards to ensure staff receive the adequate amount of points 2. Fix the dono boards 3. Add the mute cmd
Random Invisible Barrier
This is found in the Training Center in the Restaurant room on the side that says 2. When players hit that, they can’t see restaurant room messages (for both commands), and if trainees hit the barrier and the trainer has already started the section briefing, they would have to go back out and in the room again which takes up time and they’ve always missed important info. Upon hitting the barrier, you will be changed to channel **Lobby** (this does not mean the channel Lobby Announcement upon entering the game). This also blocks part of the pizza server/grabbers there to, making you to rotate your camera to that side.
I didn't receive 50 points for the leaderboard.
I was in the 50 points category on the points leaderboard, and when the week ended, the leaderboard reset, and didn't receive the points.
Activity sometimes not logging
Sometimes the activity from the island will not log, causing Loss of activity. I have lost about 3h to this bug. I receive the session started notification message, but I don’t receive the end message and my activity doesn’t increase.
