needing help

hello! not sure where I should’ve gone but recently I have joined the game and took the application for a job atleast 4 times which I passed each and said I was supposed to be staff but once it took me back to the actual game I was just a hotel guest..I tried to apply for chef which I passed even tho I still have to do training…is there anyway this can be fixed ?
