Gamepass: "Become a Trainer! | Supervisor Pack” doesn’t work

Hi, on the 23rd July 2024, at 1.28 pm (1 week ago!) I purchased the Gamepass: “Become a Trainer! | Supervisor Pack” priced at 3250 Robux. After purchase, I did not find the Supervisor rank in the game and, when entering the Training Center, I did not have the option to train people but only to be trained. In case you need it, my Roblox Username is: “PierMaster721” and my Discord Username is: “pigiandmax”. I am also in the Official Roblox Group: “Nova Hotels X” and in the Official Discord Group: “Nova Hotels”.
