Check-in system bug

There has been two issues about the new check-out system. First of all, staff are not able to check guests out because of the glitch. I've tried checking out with the help of some staff members, when I pressed "accept", the keycard still stays there and the system still shows that I have the room. Secondly, some guests do not have the keycard when the system shows that they have checked in, they have tried rejoining or resetting multiple times but the commands don't help, it still shows they have still the room occupied. Hopefully these get fixed soon, since quite a number of people are experiencing the same issue(s).
