Bot donations in-game

The Nova roblox game itself, specifically the bot feature. So, I've worked here for a bit set up tips and many times that I've served the bots it would show me at the bottom right of the screen that it has donated 5 robux usually, however I've checked my pending robux on Roblox, and none of it has shown up in pending, it has been serval days, however what I find is that when an actual user donates me robux and I then check my pending robux it shows up in pending not long after, I want to know if the bot has actually bought my gamepass or not, since I've spent a lot of time and thought I've made a lot of robux so I'm quite disappointed it's a practically a scam, I've asked a staff from Jaminio Systems and they say the bot is often experiences outages in terms of tracking donations, as well as not having sufficient amount to fund for the program. If this is the case the robux shouldn't be advertised, I hope you can improve the system.
