Train Middle Ranks

Being decently active on this server, I notice a lot of MRs request a HR or SHR on the island for situations they can handle on their own. For example if they see a bypasser, they ask for them to be banned, when it’s literally an option to jail a guest for bypassing. It’s like they don’t know what to do with the commands they are given. I suggest you make a way for middle ranks to be trained on what to do in situations where they can handle it
