System to block people from reranking via points

General Managers+ and HRD members will definitely agree when I say it’s a big issue when the person we demoted keeps reranking through points. That’s why I’d like to suggest that we implement some system that we can use to block them from doing so.

The idea is simple - we fired an employee, and we want to block him from reranking. We’ll type a certain command and put in all the information needed, and the system will block them from getting promoted through points.

If you’re worried about individuals abusing this system, we can also implement features allowing us to unblock them again, restrict the ability to use this system to HRD members only, or allow people to use it only in case an individual was fired, not demoted.
