SUSPEND COMMAND

Please let the AMs use the Tempsuspend command. It's kind of silly only letting GM+ use it, what if a GM+ isn't online and we have an AAer? He will continue to AA we won't be able to do nothing because we aren't allowed to use 'Temp Suspend'.
