Shift Leaders Being Able to Run Area Commands

Ok so my feedback is that Shift Leaders should be able to run the area commands (receptioncheckin, receptiontroller, restaurant, and housekeeping) while area leading, not just the High Ranks. Although it is do-able to run the TMs manually, it can still be challenging when messages tag. It can also be challenging when you have to go back and forth, copying and pasting all of the texts in the chat, in the few seconds you have while previous messages run. It would definitely just make it much easier for new CALs (who are Shift Leaders) to be able to run the command. Thank You!
