Reset of Permission

`res` and `ref` reset the person's rank but not their permission on the island. For instance, they got demoted to Hotel Guest, they can still use the staff room regardless of their rank. Maybe a way to reset their permission in the game aside from resetting their rank, since there's no kick command.
