Pban Request System

I think they should add a system that if someone is mass aaing, or doing something that could be Pban-able or used to be. In the discord through one of the bots people can run a command “/request-pban [USERNAME] [USER ID] [RANK] [REASON] [PROOF]” and then leadership can review the requests and monthly have a list of people and Pban them.
