Make trainings required

I've noticed that many staff members at Nova Island don't really know how to do their jobs. Some don't know how to deal with trollers properly, either ignoring them or responding unprofessionally. Some players get the job by using a free skip button or just randomly clicking options at the Application Centre. I think every new staff member should have to complete training before starting work. Right now, only about two trainees attend trainings each session, but if training was required, that number could increase. Trainees (rank), who are new to the job, should definitely be required to attend training since they need to learn the basics.
