Kicks and Bans

We need back kicks and bans. You can't do anything with jail. They just leave and you have to re-jail. There's nothing you can actually do as a moderator if you're just saying "jail BLANK", "jail BLANKS : Jail Evasion", "Jail BLANK : exploiting". Like do you think an exploiter or a hacker is gonna just stay in the jail? Better yet, this just means there's no reason for moderators at all. You're just letting them run wild basically with this jail feature.
