My friends, jojoje6 and pearlisn, recently visited your hotel. While we were thoroughly impressed by the dedication the housekeeping staff showed to us in unclogging our toilet and providing exemplary service, we unfortunately are displeased with the state of the rest of the hotel and its staff. Our experience was somewhat lackluster. The restaurant had poor service and we never got our food other than one member of our party being assaulted by a large volume of croissants. This was just one of many unacceptable events that occurred while we were at your hotel. The slides in the pool also dumped us face first into the tile, leaving both me and my friend Ambar (jojoje6) with bodily damage. Additionally, the reception staff were not helpful during check-in, and it took us about ten minutes just to get a room. We would like to request compensation of some sort, such as a free voucher for premium suites or other such amenities, for the troubles caused during our stay at your hotel.

My stay at the Roblox hotel Nova Hotels was underwhelming due to its lackluster graphics and minimal service. The hotel's visual design was simplistic and outdated, with blocky, undetailed environments that failed to create an immersive experience. Rooms were sparsely decorated, lacking the finesse and detail expected from a top-tier establishment. Additionally, there was a glaring absence of staff or customer service, leaving guests to navigate issues on their own with no support. Overall, "Nova Hotels" fell short of providing an engaging or supportive stay, making it a disappointing choice for Roblox hotel enthusiasts.
