Get rid of NPC's in Fast Line, Premium Line, and Beach hut Line.

Get rid of NPC's in Fast Line, Premium Line, and Beach hut Line. The only reason people are usually working in these lanes is so that they dont have to deal with the guests, but instead farm the npcs, which causes the non-paid lanes to not have enough workers because everybody goes to the paid-lanes.
