fun things to improve with

i think having minigames for the gym and towels instead of just the toilet paper could be more fun as not many people ask for housekeeping and i wanna do the cute minigame thing (you could add some sort of 'call housekeeping to your room' button that alerts anyone who clicked on housekeeping - could be a gamepass thing even.) npc's in the kitchen (i know thats probably difficult) to get people to work in the restaurant as well. my favourite part was restaurant but there's not that many people to serve so ur stood around doing nothing. on the npc topic: you could add some random people in as well, like a knockoff spiderman or knockoff spongebob - iconic characters that everyone knows for fun. and then finally, a shop in the arcade to spend tickets - almost like nova bux. makes the arcade worth it for the robux when you can spend the tickets you win but also a mini arcade shop like real arcades could be quite cute and could probably get more people to get the gamepass if you get cool prizes from it. like you could even do like 1000 tickets for a crate sorta thing or even points.
