"Forcerejoin" command.

If a staff member is demoted, they need to rejoin to update their rank. In severe cases, we sometimes have to urge them to rejoin. Implementing a "forcerejoin" command for General Managers and higher ranks would be amazing. This command would automatically rejoin demoted staff members.
