Donations dont work -_-

My tips are not coming through, I spent hours in the games and only get 2 tips, today on 8th may, I spent 6+ hours in the game and none of the tips I got in the game were actually bought, and its been like that for very long, I probbaly have only gotten like 30% of what I earned
