Disregard the !recipes command in TC

In my opinion, telling trainees in instructions to use the !recipes command in restaurant is so pointless. It's so outdated, by years, and it's not useful at all now. Every day, we encounter trainees asking where's the ice, espresso, decaf, steamed milk, etc. It just confuses them for no reason, setting them up to fail.
