Disable abusive commands.

Disable commands that are not allowed. Since Kick, Ban, and Pban were removed, is there any reason to keep the other abusive commands? Some commands that can be removed are: Jump, Sit, Give, Countdown (SHR+), M (SHR+), H (SHR+), Iteminfo, Gamepassinfo, Team, FF, Unff, Music, Tools, Clear/Clr, Joinserver, Change, Privateservers, Exampleplugin, etc. Some might argue that removing these commands would leave the commandslist empty. However, we can either make use of these commands or remove them.
