Bring back ban.

I've been on the game for 2 hours now. During this time, I've seen 5 admin abusers. No HRs or SHRs are able to put a stop to it because we have no authority or commands to use. Jail is not working against them as the command bar is still accessible and they're not getting muted. I know you said you have no plans to reinstate the commands but I genuinely think you should rethink that decision. A lot of staff are disappointed at this new moderation system as we can not do anything against the abusers. This new system isn't helping your game or your staff. Genuinely, add the commands back because there's nothing else we can do. Timeban is useless without the ability to kick.
