Be Realistic, Please

It's obvious, most staff would agree with me. The jail command does not prevent Guests from trolling. In fact, it increases the chance of more Guests trolling. This is due to the fact most actually find it funny considering our Administrator powers have been taken away from us and all we can do is "jail". When jailed, Guests can still mass spam so how does this prevent them from continuing to troll etc? If there is no such thing as permanent bans as well, how do we deal with Mass AA Abusers? Permanently jail them? C'mon, be realistic here. Additionally, what's the difference between Owner Admin and normal Admin now? Nothing, right? The new update is wrecking the ruining the reputation of Nova Hotels. People, including me, staff and guests think its a joke. Yes, good things came out of it but really, did it actually improve the game at all?
