Admin Abusers

Adding to what is above remove the ability to do any admin command with "all" or "a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z" and "others" because that would stop A LOT of admin abusers for being able to do stuff
